Bestxsoftware Privacy Policy

Effective July 15, 2026

Bestxsoftware (“we”, “us”, or “our”) publishes and sells Best Free Keylogger. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit bestxsoftware.com or purchase our software, how we use it, and the choices and rights available to you. It applies to our website and our role as the software vendor — it does not describe how the Best Free Keylogger application itself handles data captured on a monitored device, which is covered separately below.

1. Logs captured by the software stay with you

Best Free Keylogger runs locally on the device it is installed on. Keystrokes, screenshots, and activity logs it records are stored on that device (or delivered to a destination you configure yourself, such as your own email address or FTP server). Bestxsoftware does not receive, host, or have access to the logs your installation of the software produces.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you give us directly — for example your name, email address, and any details you submit through our contact form, license-support requests, or newsletter sign-up.
  • Purchase information — when you buy a license, checkout is handled entirely by our payment processor, Payhip. We receive your order confirmation, license key status, and email address so we can deliver and support your license; we do not receive or store your full payment card or bank details.
  • Anonymous usage data — standard web analytics such as browser type and version, approximate region derived from IP address, device type, operating system, referring page, and pages visited on our site, collected to understand and improve the site.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Deliver, activate, and support the license you purchased;
  • Respond to support requests and other communications you send us;
  • Send license-related or service notices (for example, a renewal reminder or a security notice);
  • Analyze and improve the performance and usability of our website;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to those listed above without asking you first.

4. Payment processing

All payments and purchases of our software are processed by our payment processor, Payhip, who acts as the merchant of record for your order. Any financial or card information you provide during checkout is submitted directly to Payhip and is governed by Payhip's privacy policy, which we encourage you to read. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and comparable technologies (such as local storage) to keep the site working correctly (for example, remembering your language preference) and to gather the anonymous usage data described in Section 2. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies may affect some site features, such as language selection.

6. How long we keep information

We retain account, purchase, and support information for as long as needed to provide your license, respond to support requests, and meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Aggregated, anonymous website analytics may be retained longer since it cannot identify you.

7. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business — our payment processor (Payhip), email and support-desk providers, and website analytics or hosting providers — and only to the extent needed for them to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you; to object to or restrict certain processing; to receive a copy of your data in a portable format; and to opt out of the sale or targeted advertising use of personal information (Bestxsoftware does not sell personal information). Residents of the European Economic Area, the UK, and California, among other regions, may have these rights under laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11; we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. Children's privacy

Our website and checkout process are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our website. Best Free Keylogger is monitoring software intended for use by parents, guardians, employers, and device owners on devices they own or have the legal right to monitor — see our Terms of Service for acceptable-use requirements.

10. International data transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect information transferred internationally.

11. Contact us

Questions about this Privacy Policy or requests regarding your personal information can be sent to sales@bestxsoftware.com.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify existing customers by email. Continued use of our website or software after a change becomes effective means you accept the revised policy.
