Best Free Keylogger Terms of Use

Thank you for using Best free keylogger. To protect Best free keylogger and our users we need this user agreement to set rules that are required to use our software. If you download, install, or use our software then you are agreeing to this End User License Agreement ("EULA").

  1. The computer software and other components included in this version of product (collectively the "Software") are the exclusive copyrighted property of BestXsoftware. You must not (a) sell, rent, lease or sublicense all or any portion of the Software; (b) modify or prepare derivative works of the Software; (c) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software; (d) publish serial numbers or serial number generation algorithms.
  2. You are granted free user license to use the Software for non-commercial purposes
  3. The Software may be distributed freely if the distribution package is not modified and if you give a link to product home page. You must not bundle the Software in any other distribution packages and take distribution fees without our agreement.
  4. The software automatically sends error reports to us. We do not use this information to identify or contact you. This only helps us to collect information about problems that you have while using the software. We may use the error reports to improve our software.
  5. The software must be used in a lawful manner, you must be the authorized system administrator, the owner of the computer to be monitored or you must have the permission from the owner of the computer to install the software. In the case you are not the system administrator, the owner of the computer or do not have the permission from the owner of the computer, you don't have the right to install the software. Before using the software it is strongly recommended to check the local law in your district/country. The authors will not be responsible in any way for the software misuse by any customer. Any improper action is the sole responsibility of the person committing the action. Any illegal use of the software is forbidden by the EULA.
  6. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.   7. The installation and the usage of the Software mean the acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
  8. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must stop the usage of the Software and uninstall it.
